What an anointed time of ministry with The Tyner Family Ministry. We were all greatly blessed as Beverly Tyner, daughter Brook, and son Noah led us in praise & worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We rejoice with them as the Lord continuously uses this family’s ministry as open doors to sing and preach the Gospel for the purpose of winning the lost for the Kingdom of God!!!❤
Our special guest speaker, Beverly Tyner, shared with such love and transparency as she opened the Word of God and shared with us message the Lord gave her on unity within the body of Christ. Beverly shared in such a way we could all relate to. Our hearts were stirred to step up higher into the call and purposes of God in our lives.
Beverly shared with us from the following Scriptures: Acts 2:1-4, Psalm 133:1-2, II Chronicles 7:14, Hebrews 12:1, and Exodus 17:9
• Acts 2:2-4 “When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”
When we gather with one heart, one mind, in one spirit will, there will be an increase in the move and power of the Holy Spirit.
• Psalm 133:1-3, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the LORD commanded the blessing— Life forevermore.”
Where there is unity in the Body of Christ, there is a commanded blessing!!!
• 2 Chronicles 7:14, If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
If we Pray and Seek the Lord and turn from our wicked ways, the Lord will HEAR us. He will FORGIVE us and He will HEAL our land.
• Hebrews 12:1, “Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.”
God is calling us higher, but it will cause a sacrifice on our part. It’s time for us to lay aside every weight, every distraction, all that is holding us down, and seek the face of God. Set a time to meet with the Lord daily. Think of Jesus as waiting for you to come to meet with Him. Be intentional. Pray. Study the Word.
• Exodus 17:9, “And Moses said to Joshua, “Choose us some men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand.”
Moses understood power of prayer. During a battle, Moses was on top of a mountain praying for victory. As long as his hands were raised in prayer the Israelites prevailed against their enemy.
“And Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. And so it was, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses’ hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun” (Exodus 17:10-12).
When Moses’ hands became heavy; Aaron and Hur took a stone for Moses to sit on. Then, Aaron and Hur stood on either side and supported his hands. We need each other! We need to pray for one another.
What happens in prayer determines the result in the battles we face. If we don’t win battle through prayer in the presence of God, we can’t win it on the battleground of life.
We need each other. Become life speakers; speaking words that will minister life to those we meet “as we go”. When the Holy Spirit prompts you to send an encouraging text, to make a phone call, to pray with someone don’t delay. May we speak word of life, health, healing, and hope. Words that strengthen, encourage, and comforts those we meet throughout our daily lives.
“Pursue Love Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy. For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries. But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.”
(1 Corinthians 14:1-3)
May we all be Encouraged in Heart and United in Vision
